Project Manager – Civil Construction

About the role

Kool Home Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects in Kochi, Kerala. The role involves overseeing high‑rise building works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor all phases of civil construction projects.
• Manage site operations, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Control project budgets, track expenditures, and report financial status.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the construction domain.
• At least 2 years of experience as a site in‑charge for high‑rise buildings.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent in Malayalam for effective on‑site communication.
