Interior Site Supervisor – Ernakulam

About the role

We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor to manage ongoing interior projects in and around Ernakulam. The role involves daily site visits, coordination of trades, and ensuring that project timelines and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities on interior project sites and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Prepare and update project plans, work progress reports, and coordinate multiple teams.
• Handle project execution from concept to completion, addressing site escalations promptly.
• Communicate design concepts and project status effectively with clients.
• Select appropriate materials and finishes based on project requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in interior site supervision or a similar role.
• Based in Ernakulam, Kerala, with immediate availability.
• Valid driver’s license and ownership of a two‑wheeler for daily travel.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and good time‑management skills.
