Project Manager and PMO

About the role

EY is seeking a Project Manager with PMO responsibilities to lead application engineering and vendor tool onboarding projects while supporting the governance and standards of the Project Management Office. The role combines hands‑on project delivery with analytical support to improve portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, define scope, objectives, timelines and allocate resources.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, motivate members and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to keep them informed.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses and ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare status reports, track progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Support resource tracking, including personnel, equipment and software needs.
• Develop, implement and maintain PMO methodologies, standards and templates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation to closure.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience monitoring budgets and controlling project costs.
• Competence in risk identification and mitigation.
• Analytical mindset to support reporting and governance activities.
