Programming Trainer

About the role

The KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology is seeking a full‑time Programming Trainer to join its campus in Coimbatore. You will design and deliver engaging programming courses, run coding workshops, and mentor students to help them achieve industry‑ready skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions covering core programming concepts.
• Facilitate hands‑on coding workshops and labs.
• Mentor and guide students, assess their performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and update technical training materials and curricula.
• Collaborate with faculty to align programs with current industry standards.
• Stay informed about emerging programming trends and technologies.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++ and other widely used programming languages.
• Strong background in software development, algorithm design, and debugging.
• Experience teaching, conducting workshops, or mentoring students.
• Knowledge of curriculum design and modern teaching tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and prior experience in an academic or training environment is advantageous.
