Production Manager – AI Content (Partner & Agencies)

About the role

Dashverse is looking for a Production Manager (AI Content – Partner & Agencies) to own the end‑to‑end execution of multiple AI‑driven micro‑drama shows. You will act as the operational glue between internal production teams and external partner agencies, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage production timelines across agencies for several ongoing shows.
• Drive daily operations, including task allocation, progress tracking, bottleneck resolution, and timely escalations.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers, Art Leads, Animation Leads, and Post teams to align priorities and delivery expectations.
• Enforce SOPs, workflows, and quality benchmarks across all production stages.
• Optimize agency utilisation by balancing work assignments between internal and external teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, delays, or dependency issues early to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in content, media, animation, or production operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, AI‑driven production environments and adapting to new tools.
• High ownership mindset with clear, solution‑focused communication.
