Production Associate – Level II

About the role

The Production Associate – Level II works on the shop floor to manufacture and assemble products to meet customer specifications. The role requires strict adherence to health, safety, quality and production standards while collaborating with peers and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures: report hazards, use PPE, and participate in safety training.
• Execute quality controls using Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka‑yoke, and visual standards; perform inspections and manage non‑conforming material.
• Operate manual and automated equipment to achieve cycle‑time targets, maintain a clean work area, and perform routine machine cleaning and operator‑care tasks.
• Support equipment maintenance by identifying repair needs and working with skilled trades.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support functions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent secondary education.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions and adapt to process changes.
• Willingness to engage in training and personal development.

Required skills

• Operation of manual and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and poka‑yoke techniques.
• Experience with visual standards and routine machine cleaning.
• Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
