Procurement Team Member – Project & Operations

About the role
The Procurement Team Member will manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities for projects and operational sites. You will act as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal departments, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely delivery of goods and services.
Key responsibilities
- Execute full procurement cycle for CAPEX and OPEX items, including tendering, PO issuance, and vendor reconciliation.
- Review technical specifications, assess commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts to achieve cost targets.
- Monitor project schedules, expedite supplier deliveries, and conduct post‑order reviews to ensure on‑time execution.
- Maintain compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) and internal procurement policies.
- Develop and assess vendors, perform spend analysis, and implement cost‑optimization strategies.
- Resolve disputes, claims, and warranty issues with suppliers and contractors.
Required profile
- Proven experience in greenfield/brownfield projects and regular plant operations.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes for both project and operational environments.
- Ability to collaborate with project teams, technical departments, and external suppliers.
