Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the end‑to‑end sourcing process for construction projects, ensuring cost‑effective and timely acquisition of materials and services. You will develop strategic procurement plans, negotiate with vendors, and oversee contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement regional procurement strategies that address industry complexities.
• Identify and qualify profitable suppliers, establishing long‑term partnerships.
• Prepare block estimates, BOQs, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Conduct bid analysis, techno‑commercial negotiations, and contract reviews.
• Manage work orders and purchase orders through the ERP system, approving releases and monitoring shipments.
• Conduct site visits to verify compliance with BOQ specifications.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and support operations throughout project execution.

Required profile

• B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Experience preparing work orders, purchase orders, and related documentation.
