Principal ERP Business Analyst (SAP)

About the role

Translate high‑level design and business requirements into SAP system solutions that meet quality, performance and security standards, while aligning with global architectural roadmaps and procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high‑level design and business requirements into SAP system solutions that meet quality, performance and security standards.
• Lead scoping, fit‑gap workshops and effort estimations, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders and release calendars.
• Design and maintain global SAP procurement templates (direct and indirect) and provide governance for the source‑to‑pay process.
• Provide SME support to the Application Maintenance Services team for production incidents and enhancements.

Required profile

• University degree in a business or technical field.
• 6–8 years of IT/business consultancy experience with SAP S/4 HANA or ECC implementations in an international environment.
• Proven experience in SAP Ariba, SAP MM‑PUR, SAP MM‑LIV, SAP Concur T&E and integration middleware (CPI, Mulesoft, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 25 % when required.

Required skills

• SAP S/4 HANA/ECC architecture and functional configuration (MM‑PUR, MM‑LIV, Ariba Upstream/B&I/P2O).
• Integration technologies: IDOC, XML, JSON, RFC, ALE, CPI, Mulesoft, WRICEF development.
• Master data management for materials, vendors, customers and business partners.
• Knowledge of cloud invoicing platforms such as AppZen or OpenText.
