Principal Associate – Hyperlocal Planning

About the role

Myntra is seeking a Principal Associate to drive demand and supply planning for its hyperlocal business. You will work within the Analytics and Supply Chain Management team to ensure optimal inventory levels and seamless delivery experiences through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the demand calibration process to maintain optimal stock levels for hyperlocal delivery.
• Oversee inventory planning cycles, minimizing stockouts and managing aging inventory.
• Utilize advanced analytics to forecast trends, measure performance metrics, and support strategic decisions.
• Streamline supply chain processes to improve delivery speed and efficiency within the hyperlocal ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with SCM, Analytics, and Business Operations teams to align planning goals with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand and inventory management.
• Proven track record of managing complex planning cycles and delivering operational excellence.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
