About the role

Bodhira Beyond School, a new primary institution in Vatika, Jaipur, is looking for a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join its inaugural team for the 2026‑27 session. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on delivering creative, hands‑on learning experiences for young children.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate modern early‑childhood methodologies such as Montessori, Waldorf and Social‑Emotional Learning.
• Deliver daily classroom sessions that nurture creativity, confidence and holistic development.
• Provide individualized attention to each child, monitoring progress and adapting instruction as needed.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop and refine a dynamic curriculum aligned with the school’s child‑centric philosophy.
• Maintain open communication with parents and the wider school community regarding student wellbeing and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of early childhood and kindergarten teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, parents and colleagues.
• Passion for fostering creativity, confidence and holistic growth in young learners.
• Familiarity with innovative approaches such as Montessori or Waldorf is an advantage.
• Additional certification or training in child psychology or social‑emotional learning is a plus.
