Mother Teacher – Early Childhood Educator

About the role

The Mother Teacher role at Kidzee Preschool in Varanasi is a full‑time, on‑site position dedicated to nurturing young learners during their formative years. You will adopt a holistic approach to support each child's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging, age‑appropriate activities for preschool children.
• Foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth through guided interactions.
• Maintain a nurturing and safe classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents to share progress and address individual needs.
• Provide personalized attention to ensure each child thrives.

Required profile

• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills for child care.
• Ability to manage classroom activities, encourage engagement and creativity.
• Good communication and active listening skills for interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in preschool teaching or child development (advantageous).
• Understanding of early childhood development stages and age‑appropriate skill fostering.
