Preschool Teacher – Early Childhood Education

About the role

Kidzonia is looking for enthusiastic and nurturing individuals to join our preschool teams in Pune and Mumbai. As a Preschool Teacher you will create a safe, engaging environment that supports the cognitive, social and emotional development of young children.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes holistic growth.
• Maintain a positive, nurturing classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and exploration.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of each child’s progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on their child’s development and daily activities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan activities, events and parent‑engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (associate degree or diploma considered with relevant experience).
• Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early‑childhood setting.
• Passion for supporting early development and strong communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, diverse learning environment.
