Pre-Primary Teacher – Early Childhood Educator

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to create a fun, safe, and enriching learning environment for young children. The role involves delivering age‑appropriate lessons, fostering holistic development, and collaborating with a dedicated team of educators.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver learning sessions according to approved lesson plans, ensuring activities are engaging and developmentally appropriate.
• Plan, prepare, and implement lesson plans and classroom activities, maintaining records and reports for each child.
• Maintain classroom resources, minimize waste, and create attractive, age‑appropriate displays.
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on child progress and upcoming events.
• Conduct observations and assessments, and document findings.
• Organise and execute events, trips, and celebrations in line with the centre’s calendar.
• Ensure safety, health, hygiene, and security standards are met at all times.
• Guide and provide feedback to assistant teachers and support staff.
• Report any concerns to the centre head promptly.
