Plumbing and FF

About the role

We are seeking a Plumbing and Fire‑Fighting (FF) professional to join Mace’s high‑rise commercial development in Pune. The role will support the delivery of MEP design, manage subcontractors and drive sustainability initiatives within a complex, regulated project environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure clear communication and coordination among stakeholders.
• Support MEP design analysis and completion, applying engineering expertise and Mace’s management processes.
• Assist in managing subcontractors and suppliers, taking accountability for programme, safety, cost and quality outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing proactive solutions.
• Champion innovation by supporting modern methods of construction, digital technologies and prefabrication.
• Embed sustainability by managing carbon impacts and contributing to Mace’s net‑zero transition.

Required profile

• Degree qualification with 8‑10 years of relevant experience.
• Full construction delivery life‑cycle experience on complex, highly regulated or mission‑critical projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder leadership capabilities.
• Professional qualification or membership in a relevant discipline.
