Pharmacy Manager – Central Operations

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Pharmacy Manager to lead centralized pharmacy operations from our headquarters in Thane. The role oversees pharmacy processes across 21 IVF centers, ensuring consistency, compliance and efficient inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate pharmacy operations across all 21 centers, standardising processes and ensuring compliance.
• Manage pharmacy management software and ERP systems, ensuring accurate data entry, stock updates and system utilisation.
• Track and monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock transfers, and maintain records of high‑value medications.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, analyse consumption patterns and share insights with senior management.
• Act as the central point of contact for pharmacy‑related queries, resolving issues and facilitating communication between centres, vendors and management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain audit‑ready documentation and support internal/external audits.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for medicine supply, monitor order status and assist in vendor evaluation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Proven experience in pharmacy operations and inventory management, preferably across multiple locations.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
