Pharmacist – Health Concierge & Order Coordination

About the role

We are expanding our pharmacy network at Lodha New Cuffe Parade in Wadala, Mumbai and need 9 experienced pharmacists to join our Health Concierge & Order Coordination team. The role blends traditional in‑store pharmacy duties with proactive customer support, ensuring residents receive timely medication and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate dispensing and counseling for prescriptions while adhering to pharmacy regulations.
• Manage repeat and chronic‑care medication orders, ensuring continuity for customers.
• Oversee inventory, expiry dates, and apply FEFO principles to maintain stock quality.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of pharmacy transactions.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate medicines, substitutes, and dosage forms.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and customer‑focused pharmacy environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in retail or high‑volume community pharmacy settings.
• Valid pharmacy qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
• Strong communication skills and a polished, customer‑oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and commute reliably to Wadala.
