Performance Marketing Manager – Paid & Organic Growth

About the role

HDFC SKY is seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to drive both paid acquisition and sustainable organic growth for its discount broking app. You will work at the intersection of data, search intent, and user experience to expand the platform’s user base and trading activity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated digital roadmap that balances high‑velocity paid campaigns with long‑term SEO/AEO strategies.
• Lead paid channels such as Google Search, Meta, App Campaigns, Performance Max and other ad networks to achieve monthly acquisition and trading targets.
• Oversee SEO initiatives, including technical audits, content roadmaps, and Answer Engine Optimization to boost organic visibility.
• Analyse the full conversion funnel, identify friction points and implement CRO tactics to improve click‑to‑first‑trade rates.
• Collaborate with agencies to produce high‑performing ad creatives, landing pages and SEO‑friendly content for the BFSI audience.
• Publish daily and monthly performance reports, providing insights on CAC, LTV and organic share of voice.
• Manage relationships with external partners, internal tech teams and compliance units to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, pilot beta projects with Google and Meta, and experiment with AI‑driven marketing tools.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.
• Proven ability to combine biddable media expertise with solid SEO knowledge.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and confidence presenting to senior leadership.
• Proactive, commercially focused and detail‑oriented with a drive to scale quality user acquisition.
