About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join Unilever's qCom team at the Mumbai Head Office. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of performance marketing campaigns for key qComm customers, driving growth through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

Plan, launch and optimise paid and organic campaigns across platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy, Amazon AMS, Flipkart and Google.
Analyse large data sets to uncover trends, insights and growth levers.
Define and track relevant KPIs for on‑ and off‑platform activities.
Manage the experiment pipeline, run A/B tests and codify learnings.
Segment audience cohorts and deploy them on appropriate channels to measure performance.

Required profile

2‑4 years of experience in analytics, digital marketing or customer acquisition/retention for start‑ups.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management abilities.
