Part‑time Psychiatrist – Medical Consultant

About the role

Allo Health is looking for a qualified psychiatrist to join its offline sexual and mental health clinics in Pune on a part‑time basis. The role involves providing professional psychiatric care to patients seeking support for mental wellness and sexual health concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and deliver evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Address sexual health issues in collaboration with the clinic’s multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with medical regulations.
• Participate in a 15‑day orientation and training program on sexual medicine and mental wellness.
• Work 4‑hour shifts, six days a week, with mandatory weekend coverage.
• Stay updated on best practices in psychiatry and sexual health.

Required profile

• Medical degree in Psychiatry (MD, DPM or DNB).
• Active Indian medical license.
• Fluency in Marathi and English.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shift timings.
• Commitment to complete the online certification course during orientation.
