Partner Communications Manager, Digital Specialist

About the role

The Partner Communications Manager, Digital Specialist will shape how Apple appears across its indirect‑channel partners’ digital environments worldwide. You will drive innovative partner strategies, ensure brand integrity, and help partners optimise customer relationships through effective CRM and digital marketing tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner‑focused digital and CRM strategies that showcase Apple products and services.
• Collaborate with global teams to translate macro‑level trends into actionable insights for partners.
• Guide partners in leveraging display, social, e‑commerce, content and performance‑marketing channels.
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks and analyse data to improve partner‑driven customer engagement and retention.
• Share best practices and case studies across the global network of Partner Communications Managers.
• Travel internationally 3‑4 times per year to support partner initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in marketing communications.
• Background in international account management or strategy at an advertising agency or in‑house for a global brand.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, including social, e‑CRM, e‑commerce, content and performance‑marketing.
• Proven ability to balance creative excellence with commercial priorities.
