About the role
We are looking for a Deputy Manager – Digital Marketing to lead the premiumisation journey for a leading fashion retailer. The role combines strategic brand storytelling with hands‑on execution across social platforms and influencer programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media and brand strategies that reinforce a premium image and boost customer engagement.
- Manage end‑to‑end influencer marketing, including scouting, vetting, onboarding, brief creation, KPI definition and post‑campaign analysis.
- Oversee relationships with digital, creative and influencer agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Collaborate daily with the ads agency to run campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and YouTube, optimizing formats and performance.
Required profile
- Proven track record in social media channel optimisation within fashion or premium retail.
- Experience managing influencer agencies from negotiation to performance reporting.
- Strong aesthetic sense for premium fashion and up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends.
