OTC Specialist – Accounts Receivable

About the role

Invesco is seeking an OTC Specialist to join its Global Business Services – Accounts Receivable team in Hyderabad. You will own end‑to‑end billing and cash‑application processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate monthly and quarterly invoices and monitor billing volumes and unbilled accounts.
• Research billing queries, track errors, perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Handle month‑end closure activities, including aged receivables reporting and cash‑application tasks.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy metrics and share them with the team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and identify efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls throughout the billing cycle.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance functions.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Excellent organizational, communication and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Full‑time employee status.
