About the role

Join the Google Operations Center for a 12‑month hybrid apprenticeship focused on project management. You will split your time between structured training and real‑world project work, gaining hands‑on experience while developing core PM competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop general project management skills across various disciplines, including communication, change, and risk management.
• Learn and apply tools and techniques for data analysis, distilling actionable insights, and making data‑backed recommendations.
• Coordinate internal resources, prepare documentation and reports, and support stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Collaborate with GOC teams on real‑world projects, gaining experience in scope definition, timelines, financials, and outcomes.

Required profile

• Indian citizen with a valid Aadhaar linked to an active mobile number and a personal email address.
• Recent graduate or individual with work experience in any industry seeking a career in project management.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the assigned Google Operations Center office for the full 12‑month program.
• Ability to commit full‑time (~40 hours per week) and complete the hybrid apprenticeship.
