Online Primary & Leap Teacher (Grades 2-5) – Remote

About the role

Crimson Global Academy is seeking passionate educators to deliver one‑on‑one virtual instruction for primary students. You will teach U.S. grades 4‑5 (UK/NZ Year 5‑6) and part‑time learners in the Leap program (U.S. grades 2‑3). The role is fully remote, allowing you to set a schedule that fits your lifestyle while providing high‑quality, personalized learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high‑quality instruction in a virtual one‑on‑one setting.
• Utilize diverse teaching strategies and digital tools to create an engaging learning environment.
• Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adjust methods for optimal outcomes.
• Plan and execute clear course schedules, including session content and assessment timelines.
• Conduct interactive live sessions using online learning resources.
• Assign homework, design assessments, and give constructive feedback.
• Develop educational materials and contribute to CGA’s resource library.
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, keeping assignments and assessments organized.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in elementary education or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and the CGA team.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative education methods.
• Availability to dedicate 15‑20 hours weekly for a 6‑9 month period per student.
