Online IAS Math Teacher (Cambridge Curriculum) – Part-time

About the role

We are seeking passionate educators to join our global online school as part-time IAS Math teachers. You will deliver one-on-one lessons following the Cambridge curriculum to motivated students worldwide, working from the comfort of your home and on a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-quality instruction in a virtual one-on-one setting.
• Utilise diverse teaching strategies and digital tools to create an engaging learning environment.
• Assess student progress, give targeted feedback, and adapt teaching methods.
• Plan and execute clear course schedules, including session content and assessment timelines.
• Conduct interactive live sessions using online learning resources.
• Assign homework, design assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop educational materials such as tests and exams for the CGA resource library.
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, keeping assignments and assessments organized.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at Level/Form 7-13 in a school setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in the subject area.
• Exceptional communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and the CGA team.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative education.
• Knowledge of Cambridge, Edexcel or A-Levels curricula and examinations.
