Online French Teacher (B2+) for TEF Canada Prep

About the role

French.GTA is an online education platform focused on TEF Canada preparation. They seek qualified French teachers (B2+) to deliver live group classes to adult learners (20‑40) across India. Classes are remote, scheduled in two IST windows.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live online group sessions (1‑4 students) covering all TEF components.
• Teach from A1 to B2 using a TEF‑based curriculum.
• Provide grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, speaking, reading, and writing instruction.
• Give personalized 1:1 feedback to help students achieve CLB 7+.
• Record attendance and upload class materials at least 24 hours before each class.
• Track test results and report student progress to management.
• Follow company communication, scheduling, and conduct protocols.

Required profile

• French proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory).
• Proven experience teaching adult learners or TEF/TCF exam preparation.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Availability for both IST time slots: 4:30 AM–8:30 AM and 5:30 PM–9:30 PM.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, laptop, webcam, and headset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom for online teaching.
• Proficiency with Google Meet for online teaching.
