Occupational Health Specialist

About the role

P&G Health Limited is looking for an Occupational Health Specialist to deliver comprehensive health services and promote wellbeing for employees at its corporate office in Mumbai and the broader sales workforce across India. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and provide primary care for work‑related injuries and illnesses.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate occupational health programs aimed at employee well‑being and hazard prevention.
• Collaborate with management and safety teams on hazard recognition and risk assessment.
• Lead disaster preparedness and emergency response initiatives.
• Provide empathetic counseling on health concerns, stress, and return‑to‑work programs.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health laws and maintain confidential medical records.
• Apply advanced occupational health principles to guide service delivery and improve productivity.

Required profile

• BSc Nursing or GNM Nursing with a valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration.
• Post‑graduate certificate/diploma/degree in healthcare management (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an occupational or industrial health setting.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of corporate health applications.
• Knowledge of disaster management and preparedness.
• Excellent empathetic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid grasp of hazard recognition and risk assessment.
