About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Nursing Officer to join its clinical team. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting the health and recovery of diverse patient groups.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms for each patient.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments safely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and report changes promptly.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure bedside care standards.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing/BSc Nursing/M.Sc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑building and coordination skills.
• Initiative, moral support, and a patient‑focused approach.
• Basic computer literacy.
