Nursing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our home‑healthcare team in Chennai. You will provide direct patient care in the comfort of their homes, supporting recovery and daily living activities under the guidance of nurses and doctors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Support mobility, including transfers and ambulation.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary instructions.
• Remind patients to take medications and record adherence.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Maintain accurate health documentation and communicate observations to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure compliance with care plans.

Required profile

• Relevant certification or diploma in nursing, healthcare, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or caregiver is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Patience, compassion, and a commitment to high‑quality caregiving.
