About the role

The organization is seeking a dedicated Nurse Assistant to join its healthcare team in Hyderabad. The role involves providing direct patient care, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring accurate medical documentation in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record patients' medical history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Deliver bedside care and operate medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and a nursing qualification (GNM, BSc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing).
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate care.
