About the role

The Technical Staff member will ensure the production workshop in District 8 operates smoothly by promptly addressing equipment failures and maintaining all utility systems. This onsite position supports multiple restaurant locations and works in rotating shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and resolve incidents reported by various departments, covering electricity, water supply, HVAC, lighting, and audio systems.
• Monitor and inspect the condition of machinery and equipment within the workshop.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Supervise external service providers during repairs or installations.
• Carry out ad‑hoc repairs and coordinate with equipment suppliers for specialized kitchen or industrial machines.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher with solid knowledge of industrial electricity, electrical systems, or refrigeration.
• Approximately two years of experience in construction, maintenance, or refrigeration, preferably in food‑processing or frozen‑goods facilities.
• Good health, agility, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to travel between restaurant branches and work rotating shifts (6‑14, 14‑22, 22‑6).
