About the role

The Data Entry Officer will work in a manufacturing plant located in District 8, Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on accurate recording, monitoring and reconciliation of inventory movements and production data.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and validate inbound and outbound stock data from warehouse vouchers.
• Monitor progress and reconcile inventory levels with the warehouse and production teams.
• Cross‑check deliveries directly with suppliers and update records accordingly.
• Support invoice data entry when required by the finance department.
• Identify and resolve daily inventory discrepancies and perform month‑end stock‑taking.
• Handle production variance reports at month‑end.
• Prepare monthly summary reports for accounting and weekly/monthly reports for management.

Required profile

• College diploma or higher.
• Proficient with office computer applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience in warehouse operations and cost accounting is preferred.
