Network Operations Analyst I

About the role

As a Network Operations Analyst I you will join the Global Network Operations team to maintain reliable, secure and resilient network services for offices, distribution centers, data centers, showrooms and retail stores worldwide, while developing automation and AI‑enabled operational capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global network services, respond to alerts and perform initial troubleshooting for incidents across corporate, distribution centre, cloud, showroom and retail environments.
• Maintain clear ownership of assigned incidents, document troubleshooting steps, provide timely updates, escalate when needed and follow issues through resolution.
• Support installation, validation, maintenance and lifecycle tracking of network infrastructure such as switches, wireless access points, SD‑WAN appliances and firewalls.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, including support procedures, incident records, network changes, asset information and knowledge articles.
• Leverage monitoring data, automation and AI‑enabled tools to improve incident triage, simplify recurring work and strengthen operational consistency.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in network operations, infrastructure support or a comparable technical role.
• Strong understanding of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networking and VPN technologies.
• Experience monitoring alerts, performing first‑level network troubleshooting, maintaining accurate incident records and escalating complex issues.
• Ability to support network infrastructure in a structured operational environment and collaborate with business teams, technical partners and service providers across regions and time zones.
• Comfort with modern monitoring, automation and AI‑enabled tools and a motivation to expand skills in network operations and automation.
