Network Business Process Manager – Walk‑In Interview

About the role

HCLTech is looking for an experienced Business Process Management professional to lead process transformation for network provisioning and activation. The role focuses on moving current "As‑Is" processes to optimized "To‑Be" models within the Managed Networks and Telecom domain.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, document, and redesign business processes across Service Assurance, Security, Service Delivery, and Service Management.
• Create service blueprints, flow diagrams, swim‑lane charts and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Network Technicians, Order Management, SMEs and Trainers to streamline end‑to‑end provisioning workflows.
• Facilitate workshops with internal teams, clients and vendors to capture pain points and propose solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance SLAs, reduce cycle time and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge documentation and conduct training for new team members.
• Provide regular project updates and executive summaries to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of BPM experience in telecom or managed network services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory).
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, JNCIA, Network+.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and managed service domains.

Required skills

• Process‑mapping tools: Visio, BlueWorks, Adonis, Celonis.
• Enterprise tools: JIRA, Confluence, LeanIX, Pega.
• Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSI model, VLAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN, PIP, Ethernet, Broadband, 5G.
• Metrics/KPI improvement: MTTR, SLA, Incident Resolution Time.
• Process improvement methodologies: Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA.
