NetSuite EPM Manager – Solution Architect

About the role

Riveron is seeking a Solution Architect to lead NetSuite and Oracle EPM planning and budgeting engagements. The role combines client‑facing consulting, business development and hands‑on implementation of PBCS/NSPB solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development and sales by leading pre‑sales meetings, estimating effort, and creating proposals for Oracle/NetSuite Planning and Budgeting projects.
• Execute projects: design, configure, and deliver EPM solutions, lead workshops, mentor client and consulting teams, and ensure quality delivery.
• Develop the Oracle/NetSuite EPM practice by creating training materials, templates and contributing to practice growth.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and guide teams.
• Entrepreneurial, solution‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to engage in Riveron culture and internal initiatives.

Required skills

• 7+ years with Oracle EPM solutions, including 4+ years with PBCS/NSPB.
• Strong expertise in Essbase (ASO/BSO), calculation scripts and performance tuning.
• Hands‑on experience with Calculation Manager, Smart View, Data Management (FDMEE) and EPM Automate.
• Integration experience between Oracle/NetSuite ERP and EPM using Saved Searches and data pipelines.
• Understanding of FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, Opex and workforce planning.
