nCino Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced nCino Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end lending solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role will drive digital transformation for banking clients, shaping architecture and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable lending solutions across commercial, retail and corporate banking using nCino and Salesforce best practices.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis, create solution blueprints and make architecture decisions aligned with gold‑standard guidelines.
• Provide deep expertise in nCino modules such as Loan Origination, Credit, Collateral and Covenants.
• Define integration architecture with core banking systems and third‑party services.
• Govern solution quality, security, performance and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, supporting pre‑sales, estimations and solutioning.
• Mentor delivery teams and guide them through technical challenges.
• Translate complex banking workflows into scalable nCino configurations.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of technical experience in banking, with at least 5 years focused on nCino.
• Proven track record designing end‑to‑end lending solutions on Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and leading technical teams.
