About the role

The MMI Teacher Training Institute in Meerut is seeking a passionate Montessori Teacher Training Trainer to lead and inspire future Montessori educators. You will deliver comprehensive training programs that reflect the core principles of Montessori education.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver Montessori training modules for aspiring teachers.
• Demonstrate Montessori materials and guide trainees in effective classroom implementation.
• Develop lesson plans, assessment tools, and classroom management strategies aligned with Montessori philosophy.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and hands‑on practice sessions.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to trainees throughout the program.

Required profile

• Certification from Modern Montessori International (MMI) or American Montessori Society (AMS); advanced certification preferred.
• 3–4 years of post‑certification experience in Montessori training or early childhood education.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with a talent for engaging adult learners.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Montessori philosophy and materials.
• Experience in lesson planning and classroom management within a Montessori setting.
