Mobile Device Management Engineer – Immediate Joiner (Pune)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer to join our team in Pune immediately. The role focuses on the full lifecycle of Android devices, ensuring secure provisioning, policy enforcement, application deployment and timely decommissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete device lifecycle: provisioning, policy enforcement, app deployment, updates, and decommissioning.
• Administer Android devices using MDM/EMM platforms and integrate them with Azure AD, Google Enterprise, VPNs and other identity systems.
• Create clear technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Administer Samsung Knox Manage, Knox E‑FOTA and Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME) portals.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, organizational IT policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end device management for Android environments.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and document processes.
