About the role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team for the assembly, mounting and dismantling of construction scaffolding and metal structures. The position is full‑time, based in Częstochowa, with frequent assignments across Poland and other European countries.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble and install metal scaffolding on construction sites.
- Perform safe mounting and dismantling of structures.
- Travel to project locations in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and additional European destinations.
- Follow safety regulations and quality standards.
Required profile
- No prior experience required – comprehensive on‑site training will be provided.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
- Willingness to travel regularly and stay away from home for short periods.
- Reliable, punctual and team‑oriented.
