Medical Reviewer – Pharmacovigilance (Chennai)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Medical Reviewer to join our pharmacovigilance team in Chennai. The role involves reviewing clinical trial data and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical reviews of clinical trial data, reports, and documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and report adverse events, serious adverse events, and unexpected serious adverse reactions to authorities and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with pharmacovigilance, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs teams to execute reviews and audits.
• Stay updated on pharmacovigilance regulations, guidelines, and industry developments.
• Participate in quality and regulatory inspections to maintain compliance.

Required profile

• MBBS or MD degree from a recognized medical institution.
• 1 to 7 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, quality audit, or medical review.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Effective communication skills for conveying complex medical information.
