MBBS Doctor – Clinical Care (Onsite & Teleconsultation)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified MBBS Doctor to deliver high‑quality acute and chronic care to patients both onsite and via teleconsultation. The role involves comprehensive clinical assessment, coordinated referrals, and patient education to promote long‑term health.

Key responsibilities

• Provide acute and chronic illness care through in‑person visits and teleconsultations.
• Conduct thorough history taking, physical examinations, and interpret investigations to reach accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and document all patient information promptly in the electronic medical record.
• Recommend and coordinate specialist referrals as needed and follow up on referral outcomes.
• Organise preventive health programmes, counsel patients on diet, medication adherence, and disease prevention.
• Participate in health education sessions, group talks, and community screening activities.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Care Coordinator to establish long‑term care partnerships for each patient.
• Attend clinic practice meetings, external activities, and relevant committees.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognised Indian medical college.
• 1‑5 years of post‑MBBS experience, with at least one year in outpatient care.
• Strong clinical and analytical abilities, effective communication, teamwork orientation, and a commitment to continuous learning.
