Marketing Manager – B2B Commerce

About the role

Join Amazon Business, a $35 billion global B2B commerce leader, as a Marketing Manager. You will shape cross‑platform store and merchandising experiences across multiple countries, driving product discovery and purchase for enterprise and SMB customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute cross‑channel engagement strategies for enterprise and SMB segments.
• Own seasonal peak campaigns and ensure alignment across business sizes.
• Identify merchandising and marketing gaps, design A/B experiments, and optimize performance.
• Track KPIs, measure campaign success, and report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with tech, operations, sales, and marketing teams to automate processes and enhance execution.
• Gather inputs from partner teams, communicate deadlines, and manage project status.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
• Strong strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem‑solving skills.
• Track record of delivering results at scale in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
