Marketing & Brand Manager – Global B2B Tech

About the role

Compass Consult is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Brand Manager to lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives across branding, content, digital campaigns, and events. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the company’s global presence in the PMO systems and construction technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and branding strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver both online and offline events, webinars, and industry engagements.
• Lead content creation and distribution across LinkedIn, the corporate website, blogs, and marketing collateral.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
• Drive lead generation and nurturing using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools for content creation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and analytics.
• Oversee external vendors and agencies (design, digital, event partners) and coordinate internal marketing teams.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and report performance metrics and ROI.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and event management, preferably in B2B tech or consulting.
• Proven track record in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
