Brand & Product Lead

About the role

JaCaCo is seeking a Brand & Product Lead to shape the consumer experience across its premium chocolate, food, and personal care brands. You will work directly with the founders, product teams, and designers to ensure a cohesive, high‑end brand presence at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive brand positioning and product storytelling for multiple brands.
• Guide packaging strategy, ensuring alignment with brand identity, target price points, and premium aesthetics.
• Collaborate with design teams, external agencies, printers, and packaging vendors to bring packaging concepts to life.
• Support new product launches with consistent brand communication and visual assets.
• Maintain a unified brand language across packaging, digital, and marketing materials.

Required profile

• 6–12 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or brand strategy.
• Background working with consumer products in food, personal care, or lifestyle categories.
• Strong understanding of premium brand positioning and packaging aesthetics.
• Ability to balance creative vision with commercial considerations.
