Marcom Manager

About the role

The Marcom Manager will lead all marketing and communication initiatives for DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, enhancing the property’s brand visibility and reputation among business and leisure travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
• Craft and distribute press releases and manage media relationships.
• Oversee marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Ensure consistent branding across all collateral and digital assets.
• Lead strategic communications and storytelling to engage target audiences.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Marketing Communications and Strategic Communications.
• Strong ability to write and distribute press releases and manage media contacts.
• Experience in communication and storytelling that resonates with target audiences.
• Demonstrated project‑management skills for planning and executing campaigns.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Relevant educational background in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
