Manager, Tech Consulting – Cyber Security & SOC (CISSP) – Hyderabad

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager to lead technology consulting engagements focused on cyber security, Security Operations Center (SOC) services, and CISSP‑level expertise for financial services clients in Hyderabad. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to drive digital transformation and enhance trust and transparency across banking, insurance, and wealth management sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and assess technology strategies to support transformation initiatives in financial services.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations that improve client technology engagements.
• Leverage data analytics to inform decision‑making in technology strategy implementation.
• Collaborate with business strategists, technologists, and industry leaders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants on best practices in cyber security and SOC operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology consulting for financial services.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in cyber security.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP are highly preferred.
