Manager, Regulatory Reporting

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Manager for Regulatory Reporting to lead the delivery of accurate and timely reports to global stakeholders. The role sits within the Reporting function and works closely with Distribution, Investment, Technology, Compliance, and Investment Services teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end regulatory reporting process for trade and transaction data, ensuring daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are produced on schedule.
• Gather data from multiple applications and teams, validate accuracy, and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional partners to align reporting requirements and resolve issues.
• Assess staffing needs, obtain approvals, and manage team capacity to meet reporting deadlines.
• Lead process‑improvement and automation initiatives, tracking measurable outcomes and operational metrics.
• Identify and mitigate reporting risks, support workforce planning, and contribute to business continuity documentation.
• Act as liaison between frontline supervisors and senior management, ensuring transparent communication and escalation handling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regulatory or financial reporting within an investment‑management environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset and attention to data quality.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting cycles and meet strict deadlines.
