Compliance Analyst – Global Ethics Office

About the role

The Global Ethics Office (GEO) in Hyderabad is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support ethical trading oversight across APAC and EMEA regions. You will work closely with GEO teams, providing operational and strategic assistance to ensure adherence to personal trading policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for GEO activities across APAC and EMEA, with the ability to scale to other regions as needed.
• Address employee queries related to personal trading policies and guide them through internal compliance systems.
• Review employee transaction confirmations, process trade‑related activities, and analyze periodic statements for potential conflicts.
• Perform transaction monitoring and validate trading activity against supporting documentation.
• Assess personal trading pre‑clearance requests and determine approvals or rejections in line with established guidelines.
• Support broker governance, including maintaining approved broker account mappings and reconciling data discrepancies.
• Monitor completion of employee compliance requirements such as disclosures, reporting obligations, and certifications.
• Assist internal and external audit requests by compiling and presenting relevant compliance data.
• Handle highly confidential employee information with a high degree of integrity.

Required profile

• Experience in compliance or related functions within an investment management environment.
• Familiarity with personal trading policies and transaction monitoring processes.
• Ability to handle highly confidential employee information with integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with STAR Compliance system.
