About the role
This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a broad range of reward practices and compliance policies for the organization. The role is a key subject matter expert of the Compensation and Benefits functions locally, providing insights, consultation, and advice to HR Business Partners and senior business leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure external competitiveness of salary ranges through compensation benchmarking.
- Analyze survey results to compare compensation and benefits plans.
- Develop and update compensation and benefits policies.
- Manage the Employee Stock Option plan.
- Lead annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting for salary, benefits, increments, incentives, and reward programs.
- Oversee the annual salary review process and off‑cycle pay adjustments.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent degree.
- In‑depth knowledge of Indian compensation concepts, employment acts, and related programs.
